“Spacious clean apartment with large kitchen. Coffee pods and a bottle of water were provided. · Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable and creaked every time you moved. We also had an issue with a window with a broken handle/lock which couldn’t be closed although maintenance did come past 1st thing the next morning to fix this.”

The best

The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable and everything was operational. Necessities provided and in a great location for public transportation and sites of interest. The friendly hosts were very good at communicating and responded quickly.

To be improved

We could have used more toilet paper and paper towels for the length of our stay. We also could have used a few more laundry tabs. It was our first time visiting Spain, or Europe for that matter, and we had difficulty understanding the air conditioner. It appeared on, but wasn’t. But the host responded quickly and all was well!

“It was an absolutely terrible experience. 1. The door lock was unstable. If you were unlucky, you couldn't get in even with the password or Link. Our door lock malfunctioned twice within a day, which greatly affected our travel mood! 2. The phone team was inefficient. They wasted a lot of time but couldn't solve the problem. One of the girls was extremely impolite, interrupting me and asking me to change the language to talk to her. She said she had sent me an email, but I never received it. The solution she gave me was to have my elderly parents stand at the apartment door and wait. Eventually, she hung up on me. · Cons: It was an absolutely terrible experience. 1.
