DO NOT STAY HERE - POTENTIAL RISK TO LIFE Almost everything that could go wrong, did go wrong - these are some of the (not exhaustive) list of issues we had while staying: Faulty electrics in one flat - would trip every 30 mins, meaning no air con in 40 degree heat Ant infestation in multiple flats Cockroaches in multiple flats Leaking bathroom ceiling - caused by leaking air con in one flat No hot water in any of the flats Requested a full refund - even with booking.com customer support agents helping, the property ignored every request and was unwilling to offer more than a refund for one of the two flats despite every flat having multiple severe issues that would warrant a full refund alone

“Fine, but could be a lot better.”

Quick communication with the hosts via Whatsapp and very clear instructions for checking in. Location is quite good, about a 15 min walk to the cathedral through a few windy streets. Nice and quiet in a really pretty courtyard. Sink was leaking in one of the bathrooms - after asking us to fix it ourselves they did come quite quickly to address this.

To be improved

Both of the pillows on the bed were unusable. They were so high and firm that neither myself nor my girlfriend could sleep on them - there was a spare, soft pillow and we were able to share that between us - when we messaged to ask for replacement pillows the next day and were told there were no others available, despite their being a sofa bed option. Dirty towels from previous guests were left in the washing machine. Compared to other accomodation we have stayed in for a similar price, in similar locations this was quite disappointing, but with a few improvements could be an ideal stay when exploring Cordoba.

“Location in the city is great, the rest quite poor”

Great place to visit by foot all the relevant cultural and nightlife sites of the city. Also convenient for other leisure activities. Kitchen facilities and tableware is ok. Not possible to reach by private car

To be improved

Upper floor is not in adequate condition at all, lack of cleanliness, the blinder of the single window is broken, AC machine plenty for dust and creating an unhealthy and uncomfortable environment, no heating in the bathroom, not a single wardrobe to store clothes,…. Lower floor is better, even basic.
