Great location with direct access to beach after crossing small road - very well equipped property owners clearly took great care and do use it . Loved the study upstairs with sea view. Used it to do some work in the morning was refreshing and boosted productivity .

To be improved

A few little things that could further improve the stay: A parasol (sun umbrella) would be a welcome addition to the beach chairs and kids surfing board . Bread basket would be good Guests are expected to do their beds when they arrive ( sheets provided on sealed plastic bag ) we arrived at midnight and could have done with ready beds . A little fruit basket on the table and a bottle of sparkling water would go a long way in showing exceptional hospitality ( we experienced that in Greece many time and always loved it ) a welcome note from the owners would go a long way too. We paid 40 euros for someone from the agency to give us the key at midnight - Could do with a key safe. Property does not have a fire extinguisher . While this. Is compulsory in rental properties in some parts of the world it does not seem to be the case in Spain . Again from the point of view of health and safety to washing machine cupboard has a lock but no key provided - different cleaning products are stored there and considering this is a family friendly rental, providing the key would protect young children from accessing the products and accidental ingestion. Also could do with a bar of soap on the bathroom - I know it sounds like a lot of points but there weee so many positive points too an example is the board games that the owners left here and even some Legos that probably belong to their kids . We loved our stay and would comeback again

The best

Newly renovated house with all the equipment you need, comfortable beds, balconies and a terrace with an amazing view of the sea. Exit to the “private” beach. Quiet peace and the sound of the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a location for demanding quality.

To be improved

Keys can only be picked up until 6 p.m. After that, there is an additional fee that was not mentioned in the offer. In the off-season you will not find restaurants there, so the choice for people who value peace and quiet.
