“Good and practical, but it needs some new items”
The best

Wonderful view from the balcony, enough space, good pathing situation (holiday apartment complex). Functional kitchen, pool!

To be improved

The equipment was very old and partially broken, umbrellas broken (a lot of sun on balcony). Owner don’t seem to invest a lot. The balcony door wasn’t closing (no safety/no safe, after inform the owner I had to fix it myself).
