Apartment was large, clean, nice views, everything in it, Wi-Fi and tv were good.

To be improved

Very confusing to get the keys, we never got the information to where the keys were located which was at an office half an hour by foot, 15 min in a taxi, took 2 hours to get an answer from the phone, luckily we arrived during the day. Also only one set of keys so we couldn’t do separate things.

“Nice place, shame about the key”

The apartment is excellent. Nice finish, good appliances, tv wifi etc. The 13th floor balcony was a little windy and cool after the sun left it in the afternoons, in November

To be improved

Key collection was terrible, a dropbox miles from the apartment and further away than the bus station. This was not advised until the day before arrival, and when I queried this, I was advised to take a taxi to collect the key.

Need to collect keys miles away poor construction - any noise in the area was audible Cutlories were not washed in centuries - anything in the kitchen was sticky, no maintenance at all The pictores from the balcony with views are not reflecting the right situation. Instead of the sophisticated fire place and nice chairs there were just plastic furniture, much lower category than the one of the photos

Bad experience right from start nobody there with keys security man had to phone and girl on phone then asked us to get another taxi to somewhere else put code in so went and no key there got taxi back was then told cleaner would drop key off wasn't happy about this at all never saw cleaner again messaged asking if I was getting my 25 euros back got 2 taxis was told her boss said yes but still waiting on it not enough bowls mix mash if glasses fit 4 people we did end up enjoying holiday but not a good experience on arrival
