Location was good Apartment was well equipped

The check-in process wasn't good. According to Booking.com, the host was due to meet us at the apartment. Instead, we had a fraught 25 minutes trying to locate the key box for the apartment that was bizarrely on another property across the road. All this on a rainy evening on a noisy/busy road which meant it was difficult to hear the host on the phone, who to be be fair was trying his best in broken English to get us into the property. Eventually, with the help of a waitress from a restaurant on the ground floor of the apartment block, we managed to locate the key box and gain access to the apartment. Quite a stressful start to our stay and not ideal!
