The best

Friendly staff spoke English and great spot for walking to Cathedral and city centre and buses. Easy to hail a taxi. 2 very close mini supermarkets. Very clean. Safe in room.

To be improved

First allocated room for 2 people was so small but they happily changed the room. No external view and a bad smell from bathroom but larger room. TV has not even one english speaking channel available. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. No fridge but drink machine in lobby. No toiletries except soap.

They did a really good job cleaning the rooms. And it’s right in the center of Granada, good location for if you want to be near alhambra.

To be improved

You can’t stay in your room for as long as you’d like because everyday they send the cleaning ladies to clean . So you have to be out your room by 12pm and you can enter at 1pm. Also when we asked for the WiFi they said to scan the QR code but we did and due to our setting or something with our phone we couldn’t access the password and when we called to ask and tell them, instead of them telling us they said we need to go all the way downstairs
