“It was a very good location and the staff was nice and helpful · Cons: When we arrived, we were placed in a room that was clearly not the one we had booked and did not resemble the photos ( we had paid extra for the bigger room ) . Although the issue was resolved relatively quickly, it was an unnecessary inconvenience. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and there was absolutely no soundproofing ,we didn’t get a proper night’s sleep throughout our stay. We traveled from abroad (a European country), and we were charged a €200 deposit. Despite being told it would be refunded within 7 days, we received the money back after 2 months. There were also far too many rules, with additional charges for cleaning and other services, which didn’t match the quality of the room especially considering the price.”

Upon checking in, they asked for a 200 euro deposit aside from accoomodation, just in case of damages incurred by the guest. But it took them a month to reverse the charges.They dont reply on my emails asking when the deposit be reversed. Also, they have a house rule wherein the guest has to tidy up and empty the bins themselves or else it is taken out of the deposit. The room where we stayed was just above a bar and obviously was noisy.

“No return of the 200€”

The house Is very pretty and it has all the facilities

The only problem is the return of 200€. I finished my stay on 24 June and until now 9 July they didn't return my money. This is the worst part.

“Cons: We booked an apartment for six people with two bathrooms, we got one with only one bathroom because that was all that was left... they gave us a set of keys for 6 people and we had a hard time getting another set. We were bothered by the constant cleaning staff and the noise they made, having the staff room next to our door. Lots of rules and the pictures don't match the reality at all. Two of the rooms were very small and without windows to the outside, you had a window that faced the elevator and you couldn't keep it open because of the noise and smell”

“Looks good - until you arrive”

The location was very central, and the apartment was clean. The bed was okay in terms of comfort, but since it was made of two single beds pushed together, they kept sliding apart, which meant one of us often ended up half in the gap.

The photos on Booking were clearly taken in excellent lighting and likely right after renovation – in reality, the apartment is quite dark and feels a bit worn down. The wall near the air conditioner was already crumbling due to moisture, and the AC itself was too weak to cool the room effectively. The bathroom is very small, and the door can’t be fully opened because it hits the WD. The service also left a lot to be desired: First, you’re asked to authorize a €200 deposit on your credit card – something we didn’t see mentioned anywhere on Booking. Then you're handed a printed list of potential fines, including a €20 charge if you forget to take out the trash. We stayed five nights as two people and were given just four large towels. Extra towels? €8 each. There’s no washing machine. Toilet paper? Two rolls – after that, you’re expected to buy more yourself. Individually, these things might be acceptable – but for nearly €900 (5nights) including tax, the value for money was simply not there.
