Great bathroom and kitchen facilities, beds were comfy, outside area was unexpected & lovely to have, the location was the best part, so close to the station & lots of shops, restaurants & bakeries about. Great access to bus and train services.

To be improved

A shelf in the shower would have been nice. Shower was a little bit small but manageable. Some washing powder for the washing machine would have also been a nice touch.

Loved the online keys - great with a big group as no key can’t get lost. Neighbourhood is very local and friendly. Great transport links.

To be improved

Only slight downside is 1 bath in a flat that can sleep 6 people but that’s minor.

The best

The apartment was spacious. Good water pressure in shower. Welcome bottle of wine a nice touch. Sharp kitchen knives and good crockery / cooking supplies. Earlier check in was allowed by the team.

To be improved

The aircon didn’t reach all the rooms so bedrooms were very warm even with overhead fans. The rooftop was accessed with the phone app (as was the whole property) my partner was stuck up there with a flat phone and no way to get down (OHS issue)…no emergency exit ‘key’ to be seen. The apartment wasn’t very clean, dirty marks on walls / doors. Hair in shower recess. The ignition switch on the hot plates wasn’t working. Batteries were not in remotes (ex tv)… this was remedied very quickly by team.
