We had no hot water for 1 day...the WiFi never worked..what more can I say...

Advertised Wi-Fi but did NOT have. AC was portable unit that blew hot exhaust back into the room, it was of no benefit! Linens were stained, but looked clean? - maybe?

at check in the partner let us in and he couldn’t wait to leave. He said he spoke no English and most of our accommodations don’t speak English but we communicated with google translate. he left and we realised that half the things mentioned on property list were not there. we had to text the owner and tell her, there was no washing machine, no toiletries, no welcome snack, cutlery, pots, plates were all dirty and we had to buy sponge to clean surfaces and dishes. The dirty floors looked like they had never been mopped, doona covers in twin room had dirty boot marks and sheets and doonas smelt of not being washed. The owner was kind enough to come around and sort out a few things and we appreciated that. she just needs a new cleaner!

4th floor, be prepared if you have bicycles, will have to use the elevator.
