“Comfortable Stay, Excellent location, Great Value, but a Few Considerations”
The best

We had a pleasant short stay at this property. The space is nicely set up, clean, and comfortable—perfect for two people. It's well-equipped with the essentials, making it ideal for a few nights. The location is also quite good, around a 20-minute walk from the city center, which made it easy for us to explore without needing transport. Overall, a great value stay for couples or friends looking for a comfortable base.

To be improved

The main issue we encountered was the lack of a lift, especially since the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. This can pose a serious challenge for guests with health concerns. In our case, my wife has glaucoma, and had she been traveling alone, carrying luggage up the stairs would have been impossible. I believe this important detail should be clearly mentioned in the additional information section. We also experienced some inconsistency with the water supply. At one point, the water stopped completely in the middle of a shower, which was quite unpleasant.

Nice third floor apartment (without a lift/elevator) with well-equipped kitchen close to the C2 bus stop, local bread shops and greengrocers.

To be improved

The faucet was a bit shaky in the bathroom, so I suggest fixing it. The water power in the shower and washbasin was not always constant. There were moments of the day when water was trickling rather than flowing. The water heater is small, so only one person at a time can have a shower.
