Kitchen equipment spare and inadequate eg, no scissors. Only two very small poor quality towels each and no were to dry them - purchased own bath towels. No basic foodstuffs. TV very small. Additionally the sliding doors to the terrace have been badly fitted and do not lock. Unusually, there is no shutter to drop and so the doors can be slid open from outside with ease - we reported to the management company but nothing happened. You need to read everything in detail to understand how to collect the keys.

The en suite bathroom had dangerous lighting that was sparking and not turning on. We reported this. A video was demanded from us and someone came to look. Unfortunately they could not repair it until after we left, so the advertised 2 bathrooms became one. The washing machine was not working, and, as there was a typed notice on it saying so, had clearly not worked for some time. Again, an advertised feature not provided. The induction hob was somewhat temperamental, with no instruction leaflet left. Indeed, there was nothing in flat re equipment, or tourist info etc.

Random, incomplete, ambiguous and wrong information by the 'host' about how to get in the appartment. It is in the 5. floor, left door. We don't like to try various flats if the key matches... shoyld be an easy task to provide correct and complete information. Else would have rated 10
