The best

The location is great in the town, apartment has all facilities needed for a comfy stay, the sunny roof terrace is great with views of the cathedral rood where plentiful Storks are nesting in spring / early summer. Parking in same building a great plus.

To be improved

Spiral staircase to roof terrace a bit hair raising, but doable for able bodied! €150 in cash needed as a security deposit at handover.

“Good value apartment in a great location”
The best

The location was great. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, 15 minutes to the train and ferry to Cadiz. It was nice to have a roof terrace to sit out. The flat is authentically Spanish and the car parking space was a plus. We loved the town

To be improved

The facilities were perfectly adequate but not luxurious - although for the price that was fair. The stair to the terrace was a very high, narrow spiral staircase. This is typical for this type of house but would be no good if you had limited mobility or were bad with heights. As others have said the parking space is very tight for a large car and there was a deposit to pay at check in which isn’t clear when you book

The best

The flat is very spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean - it even has a washing machine and a roof terrace, a nice feature on sunny days. Also, the parking space is a great bonus, as it's the lift! It's located in the centre of El Puerto, so it's close to all main attractions, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and the ferry to Cadiz. Communication with Rocio was great; check-in and check-out were smooth! Highly recommended!

The best

Brilliant location. Excellent communication with the owner we've stayed here before so it was all familiar. Given it's on a busy street it was very quiet couldn't hear a thing from outside. The roof terrace is a bonus

The best

Perfect location in the centre of town for watching the storks and swifts from the roof terrace (access by spiral staircase is fun) and a very clean apartment.Also liked the cool marble floor, washing machine, well- lit bathroom, friendly neighbours, and the Bar Trotamundos next door for breakfasts, tapas, sherries ...

To be improved

"Rocio" appears to be a collective, not a person, so written communication was strange, but always prompt . Getting them to admit to the existence of a parasol was bizarre and protracted ( N.B.it's in a box in the wardrobe) as apparently it wasn't summer yet, so not needed . We had glorious weather, even swam in the sea, and that terrace needs some shade.
