The best

Utterly fabulous and the perfect antidote to our appalling treatment by the Barcelo Sants. Huge living room with kitchen. Complimentary bottle of wine on our arrival. Bedroom at the back so no noise from road or beaches. Fantastic view of the beaches from a large balcony. Right beside the amazing St Bartholomew's church. Amazingly well stocked with crockery and cutlery and an Aladdin's cave of cleaning materials. The only thing we had to buy ourselves was a tea strainer. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

To be improved

Not the host's fault but the lift stopped one floor below making it difficult to take our cases up and down a narrow winding staircase.

The church is beautiful but it does chime all night, which is loud enough to wake you.
