“We expected a lot better”
The best

Nice property as a whole, amazing views of the water and a nearby beach. The complex had great warm pools, a padel court, and was generally very clean and well maintained. No problems finding parking.

To be improved

Maybe we just got unlucky, but we had lots of problems with very basic things: -- The water heater wasn't working (the guy servicing the property was super nice and came to fix it at midnight, but it still meant we had to shower our kids with cold water) -- No internet the whole time. When we asked for that to be fixed, the guy just gave us the owner's details for us to figure out a fix. Sorry, I'm not spending my vacation getting on the phone to troubleshoot your router issues. -- No toilet paper on arrival. They brought some when we pointed it out, but odd that we had to request it. -- No toiletries in the bathrooms -- Most properties leave a basic amount of salt and olive oil/vinegar. We didn't find any here. -- TV wasn't working because of issues with the signal -- The most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. 75% of us had neck problems after one night. The second night we had to improvise. Overall, this could've been a great stay, but it felt like a not-very-well ran business. Given the other good reviews, maybe we just got unlucky.
