The best

Lovely view out to sea from the roof terrace and a air conditioner . Underground car parking which takes a bit of practice if you have a suv .

To be improved

Nothing really apart from the pool not being open for the season but we got round that and maybe the beds being a little firm but that's personal choice. A car is required especially with anyone with mobility problems as it is not flat to walk to the nearest supermarket or bars .

Had lovely 30 day Hoiladay the apartment was lovely everything worked wifi was great It was clean and comfortable

The 84 steps heading down to supermarkets and town , right outside of apartment block If you not good at walking you need a car

“Basic accommodation with good view”

The best

It was good to be met and shown around the apartment. There was adequate parking but may be less availability during the high season. View from terrace and rooftop solarium were excellent. Nice to have lights on the gazebo. Nice touches like bottle of water in fridge and extra toilet roll. Water pressure very good.

To be improved

Overall it didn’t justify a 9.4 rating. Decor quite basic. Some investment needed in the purchase of new pillows and proper bed linen. Bathroom very tired. Toilet needed a good bleach. Only one baking tray for oven and only one small mug. No satellite so need Netflix/Prime log ins. Expect some noise from resident family next door.

The best

Big terrace on the roof with a nice view. Kind host, with complementary beverages. Kitchen is fully equiped, and Wifi is good. Easy to park your car.

To be improved

Located in a typical Spanish neighbourhood, so it can become a little noisy sometimes.

“spacious apartment huge terrace amazing sea and mountain views”

The best

apartment is part of urbanisation so is built to live in ,hence spacious rooms ,huge roof terrace amazing views of sea and mountains , second smaller terrace ,fast fibre Internet, owner preferred to meet clients rather than key code entry , nice personal touch , well looked after even entrance and stairwell recently painted ,abundant beach towels very useful , even beach kit provided worth it's high bookings rating

being an urbanisation you hear spanish life around you , they are a tad noisy , it's situated north of the main road behind sports centre so is at elevation ,if you are on foot and not a walker it could be difficult as it's still high twenty's centigrade in sept/oct
