“Low Quality Penthouse and Hosting”

To be improved

Penthouse built with low-quality and cheap materials. Small penthouse, poorly furnished ( a penthouse normally should be one that luxuriously fitted). Poor entrance door and window frames with drafts under the door. The kitchen had only three pots, two of which were small and old, unusable without Teflon. Terrible and poor quality utensils, poorly assembled kitchen. The air vents were dirty. The sheets of the double bed were small and not the size of the bed. The agency was unprofessional: it responded late or did not respond to requests: the keys must be taken in a box in the agency which is 1 km from the house. We had to return the key in the same box in the agency. We paid 70 euros for our two dogs. The deposit of 200 euro has not returned yet despite 2 requests.
