the location, the views, the facilities, the terrace, In fact it was all excellent with really good internet. Access was easy and being on the top floor there was hardly any noise from the street

The shower. The hot water quickly ran out

The best

We self catered so it was lovely to eat our breakfast every morning on the balcony with the sea view and after a long busy day relax on the balcony in the evening to watch the stars on the less cloudy evenings and sunsets. The views from all around the apartment were great and even a window in the shower! There are shops within minutes of walking distance, particularly Mercadona supermarket which was exceptional for those who are gluten free! Being so close to the beach gave us the opportunity to go to and from within a few minutes at anytime. I must say the multiple hosts looking after us at the other end of a WhatsApp were great and so friendly answering our questions before our stay, during and after.

To be improved

We were really looking forward to this trip after having to cancel the original one four years ago due to Covid. Although the apartment was lovely, we struggled constantly with the Air Conditioning which was very temperamental and in turn gave us a few sleepless nights due to being too uncomfortable. The door code was great once we understood how it worked but needed to call for help at the start. Unfortunately there was one full day when the water was shut off due to local maintenance so we had to reschedule our plans that day. I was surprised there was no welcome card or treats, just a little gesture would have been a nice touch. We also had challenges with cleanliness with the bedding and ended up having to wash them ourselves along with buying washing liquid to do this as there was none in the cupboard. Before our trip I asked about a sun umbrella rental and they kindly offered to have one in the apartment for us although when we went to use it, the umbrella was broken so it served no purpose. After offering to drop off a replacement, that didn't happen so I needed to end up buying one so we could enjoy the beach time. Towards the end of our week we were sitting on the balcony and the neighbour opened the window shutter which gave them direct viewing over us relaxing which made us feel uneasy without our own privacy. Overall the hosts were super friendly and its a shame all these challenges occurred but some could have been avoided.

“A large terrace on the 11th floor close to the beach”

The best

A large terrace with a sea view, close to a great beach is the biggest asset of this apartment. In addition, both beds were very comfortable. Good internet and a large TV. Kitchen very well equipped: among the kitchen appliances there was even a blender. Very friendly staff. They often asked questions about how we felt during our stay. When we arrived too early they let us store our luggage in their office.

The electric key did not work on outside door but I rang the out of hours number and they were very responsive and all was well.

To be improved

It would have been really nice to have had an outside light on the balcony and also some deck chairs
