Ático La Dehesa

This is first time when I have so bad reservation with booking. The fair rating should be about 6/10 and I wouldn't choose it. When I booked it was 9 and it does not match the description. This is an old house with a noisy neighbors who live behind a wooden half-door. The apartments not hopeless, but extremely NOT clean. Chips on the floor, dishwasher with the dirty dishes, black hair in the bathroom, white hair on the towels, dirty owen, sticky stairs. There is no photos of stairs, but appartments have a long stairs inside.. No toilet paper 🙈 zero, you'll put your bags down and go to the supermarket. The owner is afraid that you will spoil something, so there is a deposit of 200 euros. I didn't find information about it iin the description. They wrote to me about it many times, but finally didn't took it. One day the owner texted me, that pets are not allowed. The neighbour called him and said we have a big dog on the terrace. It's a fantasy. But the next day we met a small mouse in the entrance 😁 If I have choice, I'd not stay here
