*First of all the location is in the industrial part of Marbella, so it’s surrounded by hundreds of auto car repair shops, you have to walk 20 minutes to the actual centre where you find restaurants and cafés. *when we first arrived the nice lady showed us around the 2 floor (duplex) and mentioned that the upstairs (2 bedrooms and bathrooms) air conditioner if turned on with any other appliance from the downstairs there will be a fuse, but after the lady left we and our baby were very tired and tried to sleep but even with everything in the downstairs turned off the AC upstairs works for 2 minutes and a fuse shuts down the whole apartment, I fixed the fuse from the fuse box but the same problem, I contacted the nice lady wich contacted me with a nice guy who assured me that the next day the technician will come and fix the easy problem, so we had to sleep on the floor downstairs in the living room because its the only place with functioning AC. *the next day we were attending a wedding, the technicians came to fix it the next day from 10 o'clock in the morning until evening in the same day that were attending a wedding and we had to leave the apartment and go to our friends in Ona Alanda to get shower and prepare for the wedding. *the nice guy told me that it’s not just a fuse it’s the whole air conditioning system that they have to change and it may take 7 days to order new AC and assemble it, THEN when I was upset about the situation and demanded a REFUND magically in the same day they found a new AC and assembled it.
