Elevator was not working

There were lots of niggly maintenance issues that came to light during our 4 day stay: The shower hose was broken where it attached to the shower head and we had to prop it up against the tiles and soap tray so it was useable. The shower door was not attached on all sliders at the top. The shower room door itself was a slider door, great idea but unless you locked it, it kept sliding open when you shut it, very frustrating. The lock itself was completely loose on the lounge side and fell off twice , locking in the occupant until the mechanism was reattached by someone in the lounge. The fridge door had to be lifted at the bottom left corner in order to close the door every time it was used. The corners of the large rug under the table were curled up which could be a trip hazard for children or the elderly. The inside of a socket in the first bedroom off the lounge came out when a phone charger socket was removed, but it did just push back in easily. The lift was very slow and scary. It stopped 3 times but restarted ok. Just be aware not to overload it and stand at the very back (it does include this information on the lift door, which I should have noted). I booked the apartment 3 months in advance with free cancellation. The payment was taken out immediately even though the booking letter showed a future date. I messaged Room to rent several times without receiving a reply. I wanted to know details in advance of the key code mentioned to access the apartment. I heard nothing until the week of my booking. At this point I received a WhatsApp asking me to check everyone in online with their personal details and on the day of arrival I received WhatsApp information detailing downloading a phone access app to gain entry to the actual apartments from the street door as well as how to access the key in a locked box outside of the apartment on the corridor wall once we got inside.

Elevator and the garage.

They told us to arrive at 3pm. We arrived at 4:30pm and the cleaning person was still there. He left at 6:30pm but he didn’t left any towels and bed linen. He told us that he will bring them in half an hour but he brought them 4 hours later. I contacted the property at least 6 times and they couldn’t find a solution. We had appointment for work and we missed it because of that. The property owners told us that they will compensate us, but no news yet.

Staff was rude Location was not good: far from everything at least 20 min drive and neighborhood was a lower class neighborhood Parking was very inconvenient and resulted many scratches on my car
