It would have been helpful if the owner explained how to gain access to Plaza San Nicolas by car. It turned out to be stressful because we weren't familiar with the process, which required calling the police to raise a barrier. It was also stressful because there is work being done in Plaza San Nicolas and there is only space for 2 cars to load/unload, and both spaces were being used the first time we got there. You cannot just wait in the street for the cars to finish because the street is too narrow, so we had to leave the restricted area and reenter a couple of times until there was space to unload.

“Great apartment, great location lack of communication of essential stuff”

First, the place is great, location is great, nice spacious comfortable well equipped apartment, however my rating goes down because of the lack of communication from the owner. More information would have been helpful like in plaza San Nicolas there is only one door and that’s the one, and the correct door code would have been helpful, but thankfully he answered the phone after 2 calls and told me the correct door code and everything was fine then. Lucas, more information for us dumb Americans, after all, look who we elected…

Lack of basic information, correct door code, let me know that the Atico apartment was up the elevator to the 3rd floor and then up the stairs.

“Excellent location, facility and price.”

The best

Our first trip to Toledo Spain and this apartment made us enjoy Toledo. The location and view was awesome. We had everything we could possibly need for a short 2 night stay. We even made our own breakfast. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, the clothes washer and dryer were good to have and the balcony was a plus for getting some sun. The host responded to our questions in a timely manner. The only issue was the shower door did not close tightly so water spilled out to the bathroom. Not a big deal for us but the owners should pay attention to that for future guests. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we come back to Toledo in the future.

Loved the balcony and the facilities. A bonus having the washing machine and great to get clothes dry quickly. Nice to have a coffee machine too.

To be improved

The Wifi was a bit slow. Had an issue with the air con but owner was responsive and sorted things out.
