“Aztivo-Terraza Imperial was great. The apt was perfectly located, and staff was very helpful with planning, greetings, and overall communication. The terrace had a great view, and we'd go back. “Exceptional”

The best

Location, location, location. Less than 5 minute walk to the chapel for 8am mass. Beautiful Palm Sunday mass at the Cathedral. Central to everything. Cute terrace! Ana is a great host. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was excellent, and there was plenty of space to spread out in the apartment, including the wonderful terrace.

To be improved

Some house keeping issues: the lock on the main front door was very difficult to open for all of us. There needs to be additional lighting in the kitchen, one gloomy light when trying to cook was inadequate and the light/fan over the stove wasn’t working. The towels need replacing. There was also a delay in us getting access to the apartment although when Ana did arrive, she was very apologetic and delightful.

The best

The Old City location was great. The view from this penthouse apartment was the selling point. Noise from the street below was minimal given the solid construction of these buildings and the elevation (5th or 6th floor). The apartment is spacious with its large 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, much larger than any hotel room you will find in the area. Only two of us (my wife and I) stayed here, but 4 adults (and probably a few children) could stay without feeling cramped, as each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a large common living/dining room, with separate kitchen. The laundry machine in the kitchen was a bonus. The space, location, view, and the privacy of an apartment (versus a hotel room) makes this place a winner. Would absolutely stay here again.

To be improved

The only negative that we identified was the type of mattress used in the larger bedroom (we did not test the second bedroom). We sleep on a firm memory foam mattress at home. This mattress seemed like a large feather-stuffed pillow. It was not supportive and created a hammock-like effect as the night went on. This is the first time in my life that a mattress has caused lower back pain (for me), and neck/shoulder pain for my wife. That said, the pillows were great.

Great views of the city from balcony & bedrooms. Good central location.

Key box would be better than meeting someone - kept ringing too much when we were making our way with luggage from the car park up the escalators.
