The best

The place is great, there is air condition for the hot days, a big fridge and also a nice pool which is great when you travel to Seville in the summer. The city center could be reached in 15 minutes or you can use the nearby metro station. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Quiet area. Excellent location for shops, and restaurants, lovely park 5 mins walk away. Lift helpful, but parking space very tight.

To be improved

Kitchenette needs a few jobs doing - eg tricky tap and cupboard doors. 2nd bedroom is very small.

The roof top with the pool . Parking place included. Staff was friendly an kind.

To be improved

Pool filter out of order. Electric cooking place was not functioning properly. Extremely tight parking place . The second room is very small . Bath drainage clogged

“Lovely little apartment with fantastic private terrace”
The best

The place was very clean, the location was good (close to a supermarket, 10 mins walk to the river, some bars and restaurants nearby) and the roof terrace was amazing! The pool was a good size, plenty of chairs and loungers available. The air con worked perfectly and was much needed in the 40°c heat.

To be improved

It would be 10/10 if the apartment had some food store cupboard essentials like salt, pepper, coffee, oil etc. Also the main fridge and freezer wasn't working and the mini fridge wasn't cold enough and so we also had no freezer for ice or lollies. Apart from these two things the place was perfect for the money!
