“Superb”
The best

We had a really relaxing break - a quiet bolthole, very close to the beach and local shops. We particularly enjoyed sunning ourselves on the roof terrace

To be improved

Unfortunately the pool is not open except in summer, even though the listing on Booking said it would be open during our stay. The bed wasn't that comfortable

“Nice holiday”
The best

Location near beach, tram stop, supermarket and resturants, still quiet neighborhood with free parking. Three bedrooms, three toilets, cosy livingroom with large tv and ps5. Washing machine and dishwasher. Terrace on the roof was nice.

To be improved

The other shower was broken. In the kitchen we missed cutting boards and electric kettle. Also one should buy new frying pans.

The best

The host was amazing staying late for our late check in .And very helpfull. The apartment was well equipped and very comfy, also great little complex .Also nice to have a balcony and a roof terrace . Great location easy to go from alacante to benidorm on a very easy to use tram .very close to a lovely beach .Would go back!!!

To be improved

Not enough hot water, and one shower was VERY slow . Some of the towels could do with updating, two little things that could be easy changed . Our water was switched off all day 9hrs the host did inform us, but not till the night before, so very inconvenient , BUT in all fairness, probably nothing host could do .so it's not his fault
