“Dangerous conditions for health”

The apartment was unacceptable, and seriously affected our health, having breathing issues and difficulties. All the walls were covered with humidity and mold. The shutters were not cleaned having black spots of mold all over. When we entered the smell of the humidity was devastating and we had to sleep with the windows open. Since we arrived at 2 am in the night we had to sleep in this terrible condition. When we woke up everybody was coughing and experiencing headaches. We cancelled the rest of our stay and searched for a new apartment. The personnel of the company that managed the property were rude, when we sent them the photos they said that we are threatening them. We asked for a full refund but they provided only the 3/5 of the total amount we had paid, even though they admitted that they were aware of the problem and that was due to the heavy rains of the last month, however they went through and rented the apartment to us without any warning and without refunding us. Please avoid this apartment.
