Location is quite specific - 5 minutes by car from sea, 5 minutes from highway. Little silent village. Fantastic tavern/restoran in 2 minutes of walking, several supermarkets. Same with bus stop. My choice was intentional, though - I need roof terrace as HAM radioamateur, and this "penthause" suited my need very well.

To be improved

I didn't like lightning inside common space of apartment. Single lamp set at wall with very harsh very cold white light, impractical and uncomfortable at eveningsnight. And darkness starts there in winter (my stay was in winter) at ~6PM. Room lost most of its coziness with that lightning.
