The process for getting into the accommodation is over-complex and over technical. You have to fill in the form before they release any information about the apartment to you. These links never work for us – we get part way through and they freeze & our birthdate cannot be entered. It didn’t work, we told them but they didn’t respond so we sent them the information minus the photo of ID as other hosts have been happy with that. No response. They sent us nothing on the day of our arrival. When we called they said that they were waiting for photograph ID for both guests. We still didn’t know which apartment we were in. We called them again& they sent our room number and floor along with a link with a virtual key to open the door - “this is your link to access the virtual keys panel of your reservation” (see screenshot). However we weren’t told how to get in to the building. Luckily we met someone going in and they told us to press the button next to our room number and it would open the door (see screen shot). When we got to our room we used the link on the phone, pressed the button and our room door opened. Once in the room there were 2 keys on the table – one for the room which works fine and the other for the front door which is very tricky to use but you don’t need it anyway because you can just press the button. However every time someone comes into the building & they press this button to open the door it rings the bell in the apartments concerned which can be irritating They do not provide a kettle (we asked!). There was no hair dryer and the Wifi is very weak The kitchen sink had a plug that didn’t fit. We messaged them and they provided us with one that did. The bathroom sink has no plug. The shower rose in the bathroom has a flaring outer spray but no holes in the centre which makes it less effective.

There were a few things that really spoiled our time there. Firstly the incredibly hard bed caused discomfort and the bedding was the wrong size for the bed, which didn’t help. To add to the lack of sleep was the bell linked to the front entrance of the building. It was rung at 3am, 4am, 6am - it was terrible! We never want to find fault, but the lack of sleep was very frustrating and had a negative impact on our time in the area. Also, to agree with other comments, we are computer literate, but the check in process caused unnecessary frustration. An extractor fan in the bathroom would solve the issue with smells - there is no window and no fan, so damp and odours are sadly inevitable.

A bit of miscommunication that I'll blame on myself for when to arrive ... and the check-in process, if it worked as it should, would probably have been fine but when cell phone issues arise, etc. the automated system can be extremely stressful to resolve problems. Still, the price for the penthouse was a bit high but still in the acceptable range for what was on offer

Everything was ok.

The WiFi was completely un usable. The property advertises having WiFi but it does not work. I messaged the contact who replied confirming that the internet signal may not be very strong! It was so poor that the signal was impossible to connect to. We tried on 3 separate devices. The entry to the apartment and parking was complex. The owner sent lots of very helpful instructions, but didn't mention that you MUST ENTER THE APARTMENT BEFORE PARKING, AS THE KEY FOB FOR THE PARKING IS IN THE APARTMENT.
