The best

This place is worth visiting for the view alone—it’s absolutely breathtaking. However, the apartments themselves are very modest and quite worn out. They are in need of renovation and some furniture replacement.

To be improved

There’s a functional kitchen, but the space is very limited both in the kitchen and the room. We needed a place to stay for a couple of days near the nature reserve, and this worked perfectly for that purpose. But I wouldn’t be able to stay there long-term. There’s a pool on the property, but in December it was overgrown, and no one dared to swim. I hope it’s well-maintained during the summer.

The best

Great view to the ocean.

To be improved

At first glance: wow! But very soon you notice that the flat is in a very poor state. Curtains broken. Cupboards tilted. Ants in the flat. The most disgusting thing was the washing machine. It probably has never been cleaned in decades. It's so dirty inside that our laundry came out with lots of dirt particles. And more: No water in the very prominently advertised pool. Plastic covers under the bed sheet, which is a nice way to say "I don't care that sleeping for you will feel like being put into a plastic bag". The owner did not respond to our mail. This is another sad, yet quiet common example of someone who wants to make money out of an old flat that is not taken care of at all. Little hint: you'll find beautiful renovated flats in the high building "Alta Gay" next to this one for half the price.
