“Cons: The stay itself was lovely, but the experience of collecting the keys seriously let it down. After travelling for over 7 hours, we were left standing outside in the dark for over an hour, unable to access the room. It was only after eventually managing to reach someone by phone that we were given the lockbox code, information that, I was told, had already been emailed to me. It hadn’t. I triple-checked my inbox, junk, and every folder and nothing. We ended up waiting around an hour and a half just to get inside. It was a deeply frustrating and disappointing start to what should have been a relaxing break. This process needs to be more reliable — no one should have to go through that kind of stress on arrival.”

Location was good apartment was clean nice to be in aircon was good

To be improved

Lack of full length mirror in the apartment. The outside of the complex needs a little attention lots of missing tiles on the floor around the grounds and some bits need a little paint.

“No Air-conditioning in these properties”

To be improved

no air conditioning, despite being advertised as having air conditioning. Tried to contact the administration to request a move to an air conditioned apartment as we had reserved, however all communications have been ignored. Even post the stay, the hosts have not responded to any communications.
