This property is located in a quiet area of the town, easily accessible by car, but really close to the beach, Playa de Canido. The beach is really just a couple of meters away, that's priceless! The building is new, easy to access, with an elevator and a useful garage that you'll also access using a car elevator! The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the newest home automation, washing machine, coffee machine (with welcome coffee pods), air conditioning (the temperature was perfect, though, NO need of AC), smart TV, etc.. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the nightstands that are charging stations with wireless chargers and USB ports (kudos for thinking abt offering something like that, they were super useful!). The apartment is on the last floor and has a nice balcony that looks out from the back of the building, but you can see also the sea. There is a pharmacy and a supermarket not far away that you can reach by walking. From the apartment you can stroll into Malpica and enjoy the town (at night fishermen grill and sell their daily pescado along the beach promenade) or explore the path that takes you to the the beach of Seaia (amazing!) and the Mirador de San Adrian. We really recommend this path, locals use it to jog or walk and exercise, it is super easy but the views are stunning!
