“Clean, great location, high quality”
Amazing location in the heart of the city. Can walk to all of the famous sites. Tons of food nearby. Parking is an option to pay for. Underground lot. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful and decoration was amazing. Clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate the room upgrade and wish we had more time in Madrid!! Would stay here again
“A new favorite inn Madrid”
From the minute we checked in the staff were warm, welcoming, and even mitigated a problem for us before we arrived. Our room was spacious with a living room and seating area. The bed was comfy and the bathroom well equipped. The best part was having a private gym in our room. Fabulous! The breakfast offers a variety of options for beverages and food. The restaurant is very good for lunch or dinner. The only criticism I have is that the hotel restaurant should offer beer and wine only or hire a bartender.
“Nice hotel, bad service experience”
Very nice hotel, close to train station. What really bothered me though is the service.... I arrived at around 11am after flying overnight from the US. I totally understand that there is no guarantee of a room ready early, BUT... the reception person (Alba) said she would keep an eye out and would call me as soon as a room was ready. Clearly she had NO intention of doing this. I went out and tried to kill time and waited and waited. I went back to the hotel at about 2.30pm and asked (same person - Alba). She said "oh let me check" - and of course it was ready. It had probably been ready for hours. But she made no effort to recognize how tired I was and how in need of the room I was. She just could not be bothered. And that doesn't make me feel very good (i'm a Diamond Honors member btw but that shouldn't even matter in this situation).
“Warm Welcome for a Wonderful Stay”
From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and accommodating to us with warm smiles, ensuring that someone was there to assist us with the bags and also offered us something to drink, especially after a hot summers day Madrid walking from the train station the water was much appreciated. Our room was clean, well laid out and I particularly loved its simple, yet modern design and decent size of the room for the price. Although this was just a brief visit the hotel staff's warmth truly stood out, especially just a little things like going to get us a bucket of ice on demand. I would also say this hotel offer a great value, especially for the size of the room. The price point was perfect. When we headed out for dinner, I really appreciated the hotels proximity to so many restaurants in major attractions around Madrid. It didn't take too long to get to Gran Via, which is my favorite street in Madrid. All of this to say, I'll definitely plan to return to this great city soon and now I'll add this hotel on my list for future visits.
“Central location”
Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from Atocha Train Station and metro system, also 15 minutes from Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, Botanic Garden , Puerta Alcala and Retiro Park near. Tons of stores and restaurants. The room has a weird layout, but is beautiful, it is different. Love the bathroom titles. Breakfast was yummy. In general the entire hotel staff are amazing, polite and helpful.
