Handy spot. Helpful owner/manager. Roomy. Good base.

To be improved

Older property. "Palace" is probably a misnomer. Dark Outlook to dingy courtyards. Old furnishings, and kitchen etc

“Wonderful apartment in downtown Madrid!”
The best

Excellent location, superb host, great attention to detail and very friendly. Convenient washing machine in the apartment. Good sized refrigerator and all the basic kitchen equipment and utensils for cooking.

To be improved

There is not enough hot water to run both bathtub and shower at the same time. Everything else was great.

Close to everything and easy to get around. Also Javier our luggage when we went away overnight which was a great help.
