Everything was perfect! Marisol was incredibly helpful. The small details, like having coffee in the room and an iron, made us very happy.

To be improved

The only issue was that the elevator didn't work. Thankfully, it was only one floor.

Great location close to plenty bars and restaurants walking distance to Mayor Square The room was large very clean great shower

That the room was advertised as Balcony room it only has Juliet Balcony so we were unable to sit outside I would not have booked property had I been aware of this

We liked the location and although the room was very small, it was modern, updated and well equipped.

The building does not feel like a hotel. There is no lobby and although the room was nicely done it was very small.
