Communication with the host was horrible. You have to walk for half an hour through Tarragona to collect the keys. All stuff has to be carried up 6 floors.

The 'office' is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, so you have to go to the office for key collection first (but this wasn't a problem for us). We arrived at the office and was greeted by a member of staff. He was very helpful and polite. He assisted with retrieval of the keys from the lock box. Downside...the lock box can be a little difficult to understand without help! Staff are only there certain hours (so check times if you need to see them). We were also assisted when leaving and dropping off keys. They also ordered the taxi for us (as our Spanish is not so good). Overall a good experience for us as far as the arrival goes. And the staff we met were great. Thankyou.

To be improved

The sun shade on the balcony needs fixing (ropes and pulleys need fixing into place). The air conditioning waste needs a proper pipe to the drain. At the moment it fills a bucket which overflows and goes across the balcony floor (I had to empty the bucket a few times myself). A sports channel on the tv that shows Moto GP, so we can watch the Marc Marquez magic when we are on holiday! 😍😍😎

Had to walk over 500m with luggage to collect the key from a different location. Also the apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator
