Attic Valencia Beach

The hosts were amazing - especially Maria who greeted us and took time to ensure we had all the info we needed. Inside the apartment was great with loads of room and modern enough. The location was amazing and convenient. We really enjoyed Patacona beach - probably one of the best "city" beaches I have visited.

Great location a few blocks from the beach. We loved the sunny terrace and enjoyed the warm afternoon sun.

We were warmly greeted with ample time given to explain the workings of the apartment. Our host also brought us out onto the street so we could locate the various services available. They also provided a map with advice on transport and places of interest. Our host was very helpful and was always available at the end of the phone. Checking in with us a few times, by text, to see if there was anything we needed. The apartment entrance is deceiving as it hides a lovely quiet big spacious apartment with a large private terrace. The kitchen& utility room had every appliance needed for a care-free stay. The 3 bedrooms, which are at the back of the apartment, ensured a good nights sleep. Having 2 modern bathrooms was so nice. The excellent air conditioning in the large living/dining room was rarely needed as there were plenty of windows to open and separate fans available also. One out best restaurants was on the corner but there were plenty of others on the prom and the streets behind. There is a large supermarket across the street. Outside was always quiet as there is no nightlife on the street. A long beautiful sandy beach was within a 7-10 minute walk. The adjacent promenade stretched for kms and gladly was not over commercialised, but still had plenty for our needs. The old town is just 20 minute journey on the public bus, which is very frequent and the bus stop is just around the corner from the apartment. I cannot emphasise enough how much the apartment and our host added to our stay. Their unobtrusive attention to ensure we were having a great vacation was very welcome. On the last day they even gave us very flexible check-out times, which was a great bonus. And then they organised a taxi to collect us.
