Attico Acuario, 2 bathrooms Top Floor appartment with Sea and mountain views

Everything was perfect, thank you for a lovely stay

Good location, close to the beach, to the railway station, supermarkets and restaurants. Top floor unit with sea views and sea breeze. Separate bedroom and living room with a sleeper sofa that can sleep two persons. Unit has 2 roomy bathrooms and a small fully equipped kitchen. AC is in each room. Unit was very clean when we checked in, has a lot of storage, comes with everything you would need for beach vacation :)

Exceptionally well equipped flat in a great location, with the more spanish feeling Arroyo a short walk uphill and the more touristy area a short walk downhill on Bonanza Avenue. 15 minute walk to the train station in Arroyo which goes to the airport (20 mins). 20 minute walk down to the beach, about 25 coming back, with the usual mini-marts, shops and a big supermarket on the way. Great views from the balcony which is in the sun from early afternoon till late on. Very attentive host who kept in touch via WhatsApp. Can’t comment on the pool facilities as we didn’t use them but they looked popular enough with a 3€ rental for sunbeds and a free seating area round the bar.

The apartment is well equipped and we needed for nothing while we were there. There was even detergent, etc to wash our clothes and spices, etc in the kitchen. We were well received by the owner and he took time to tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment, pool and the area in general. He also checked in with us during the stay to make sure that everything was OK. We were so happy with the pool that we didn't adventure to the beach and spent our time there instead. Hopefully, we shall be returning again soon before the summer finishes.
