“A disappointment. Things adrift in the apartment. Eg. electric socket hanging out.”

Very difficult. Could not follow the instructions - luckily a neighbour let us in through the front door - but that still didn’t get us access to the keys.

To be improved

Very difficult to access the parking. Had to get the keys before access to the garage - which required to find parking elsewhere before getting keys. All very stressful.
