The flat is very dark and smells of damp. The duvet for the sofabed smelt disgusting. We couldn't open the bedroom window because the smell of the restaurant was very strong. We didn't have a duvet cover provided.

Hot water heater was dripping heavily onto an electrical cable upon arrival…Super dangerous, should be fixed so water doesn’t go on or near plugs! The owner came to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Nowhere to dry laundry except outside window, but no clips to prevent the clothing from falling to an apartment below. Also very unsightly out that window from garbage and things fallen from another apartment. Hair multiple hairs (short and long) on beds and sheets. No hand soap, just a large bottle of body soap. Virtually no natural sunlight in apartment. Feels like being in a basement. Dirt on cutting board upon arrival. Keys to building didn’t work well, but we were given an electronic key which was really cool to use and worked well. Overall care and cleanliness could be improved, this space has a lot of potential and positives but it feels like it lacks a special touch. For 3-5 euros more I stayed in amazing (but smaller) places.
