“Good location, cozy apartment but the check-in process should be more straightforward”

I chose the property because of its location and amenities (parking). The apartment is as seen in the pictures; it is a cute place with everything you might need during your stay. We stayed in November. It was freezing outside, but they had heaters in the bedroom and living room.

To be improved

The check-in procedure needs to be more straightforward; we received the QR code for the parking (5 minutes away from the apartment), which was easy to access; however, as it is an automated process, we could not get into the building quickly. I had to call the number provided, but there was no response at first. Then, we could not communicate in English, so I had to use Google Translate to write to her. There was no help; luckily, someone was leaving the building so we could enter.
