“Nice pools and breakfast hotel”

The best

The choices of breakfast. The kind and friendly staffs. The overall design and facilities are clean and modern. The pools are for everyone. Big and small, deep and shallow, kids and adults. Play areas and quiet zoons.

To be improved

Queues at the breakfast. Loud and noisy corridor with running kids. High traffic noises,motorcycles and cars. Room is not so much sound proof.

“Wonderful”

The best

The rooms were very nice and the food excellent. The staff was very nice and helpfull. We have enjoyed the pool and diferent entertainment every night, offered by the hotel.

To be improved

Would prefer a diferent location, much closer to the see and bigger town. I missed as well the teraces and restaurants directly on the beach.

“I expected more facilities from a 5-star hotel. While the staff at the reception were professional and made me feel comfortable, the breakfast staff were a bit rude, and I didn’t appreciate the way they spoke to me. On the bright side, the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The gym, however, needs improvement. Overall, the value didn’t quite match the 5-star rating, but the great service from most of the staff made the stay pleasant.”

“The staff was very helpful. We were there during the F1 weekend and due to the extreme heat we needed umbrellas for the track and the hotel provided us two umbrellas. · Cons: We wanted to go to a restaurant Bamboo at the hotel for our last meal however the restaurant was closed even though it should have been open for 30’ already.”
