There is no fan in the small room, this is unacceptable, the large window cannot be secured opened, therefore it flaps wide open or fully closed if you have a breeze. The curtains are absolutely hopeless too, blocking out NO light. The sofa bed in the living room should be binned, too old, terrible design and the WORST thing outwith a floor ever slept on! The ceiling fan didn’t work on arrival but was fixed the next day so only 1 unbearably hot night in there. The fridge leaks water from underneath.

Sent to wrong address after picking keys up at 10.30pm with kids. Pool was closed for 10 nights of the 16 (I specifically asked in messages if the pool would be open when we arrive and was told yes pool would be open) Photos on here do not reflect what actual condition the apartment is in, it’s in bad need of decorating and repair. All walls mucky, flooring needs changing, plugs sticking out of the wall, washer leaks, shower can only run for 1 min before you need to turn it off for it to drain so you don’t flood the bathroom, fridge leaks all over the kitchen floor, door frames water damaged need painting, dodgy electrics with in bedrooms, sometimes the plug sockets would work and sometimes the lights would work or would flicker, towels mucky, apartment was filthy floors had not been cleaned was dried liquid under the sofa bed which smelt really bad, damage all over the apartment and that is no exaggeration. Day after arriving I took photos (60 photos I gave them, we have a lot more than 60 and can provide more) of the damage and took to Benidormbooking who provided us with the apartment, we told them we are not happy and would like to be moved to a more suitable apartment with a pool and was denied. They offered us access to another complex where we would be able to use a pool but would have to walk there and would not have access to a toilet, when giving us the keys for that access we gave them back a second set of keys we had for our apartment as we did not need 2 sets of keys and are now after leaving and home waiting for our deposit to be paid back are saying we lost the second set when we already gave the second set back while we where there. It was quite noisy, pool is being refurbished and wasn’t advised that building work would be taking place,

The pool pictured was no longer there just a hole full of rubble the the fuse box kept tripping every so often towards the end of the week stay the 1st time this happend we had a load of washing in the machine and it ended up flooding the bathroom because the electric cut out and we was out. couldn't even watch a full length film on netflix without the electric cutting out. When you use the shower it overflows onto the floor quite often
