You couldn’t book taxis in advance through reception (not sure if that’s a hotel thing or local requirement though) had to pay to use the pool

This is not a 5* hotel. The facade is nice, but the inside is a standard comfortable business hotel with a spa. The fitness room is tiny and the roof terrace bar was not staffed. The reception was unable to give any clues to activities like bike rentals.Thankfully Google and a shop owner with a passion for cycling helped us out.

“2 Nights in Logroño”
The best

Location was great, decent walk from train station. Rooms were beautifully designed. Nice rooftop bar and nice staff up there.

To be improved

Front staff check in took way too long. The young woman at front desk was of no help at all, she stood watching us wait and did not speak up to check us in while the other staff was helping other guests. Rooms are very dark. Water in the gym was missing for 2 days.
