“Staff are the best”
The best

Staff members are so professional and friendly. They are very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit Alhambra, which was our main reason to stay in Granada. It is also very nice to have a morning and early evening walk in the park. The city centre is within walking distance downhill. To come back it is bit challenging, however buses are available as well as taxi which about 5 euros. Breakfast is good.

To be improved

The hotel is not new. The rooms furniture is bit old they need to do some renovations. The sofa in the room is so bad. The mattress and the pillows are not very comfortable. Actually when you pay this amount for a hotel room you will expect to get more comfortable facilities.
