“The location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk from the river and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Castle, bars, cafes, shops etc. We did not encounter any noise at all. The Apartment had a lift which was handy if had any heavy shopping or were tired after a full day out and about :-). The Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our short break. Yes the shower was high up however you did not have to hold it unless you did not want to get your hair wet. The shower was very large, water pressure perfect. Very happy with the bathroom facilities and the apartment. If we came back to Seville we would return here 100%. It was also a short taxi ride from the airport - 20 ish minutes. Great find, could not have wished for more. · Cons: Nothing for us.”

“Excellent - modern, convenient and safe”

The best

The location was great, in the Arenal neighbourhood which was very close to attractions, Centro and many excellent restaurants/bars but remains quiet and safe in the night. The apartment was well-equipped and well-furnished, very modern, clean and spacious - perfect for a holiday!

To be improved

The only minor comment I would have is - there was no attachment for the shower head to the wall, which was slightly inconvenient during showering - but it’s absolutely not a dealbreaker!

“A compact, comfortable modern apartment - Ideal for exploring Seville”

The best

We loved our stay here - it was perfect for exploring Seville! The location is great - just a short walk from the airport bus stop, near the riverside, and a short walk to the charming old town. We found it exceptionally easy to get around and immerse ourselves in the city. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, so noise was never an issue. The room felt comfortable throughout our stay; though not a large apartment, it never felt cramped. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping us cool and refreshed during the hotter parts of the day - just like other reviewers praised its cooling performance The kitchen was well-equipped, but we didn’t cook much - restaurants nearby are great value and convenient. That said, it’s nice knowing everything you’d need is there. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but the shower worked well with good water pressure. A great bonus is the terrace - it’s a lovely space with sun loungers, table, and chairs. Mornings with coffee and evenings with a book were delightful.
