There were three bedrooms but the windows of one took to the stairwell (busy and noisy) and the windows of another took to a trash filled inner courtyard, so basically these rooms had no windows that one could open at leisure.”

Apartment spacious with good facilities. Two shower rooms ideal. Kitchen facilities very good. Prior to our arrival in Barcelona communication had been good and friendly.

To be improved

It would have been helpful and less stressful if the time told to arrive at the apartment was important to be there prompt from the start of conversation. Unfortunately my navigational skills were poor and couldn't find apartment. The person meeting us quite stressed on end of line, telling me it was easy!! And if not there within 5 mins she would have to leave and return later, which she did! Leaving us flabbergasted and stranded in street with our luggage. We had to wait 45 mins for her to return. We heard shouting across the road only to realise it was aimed at us telling us to hurry on over. The poor girl was stressed and frantic while she showed me around apartment/and checking documents. My head was in a complete spin and felt completely stressed out. By the time she left us. Feedback from friend who slept in room with single beds said it was quite noisy, all though comfortable. We did end up getting cabs to main area as a good 20 min walk which was specified in info. Fortunately the rest of the holiday went well.

“Perfect”

Let me start with check-in. Normally we were supposed to check in around 18:00 but thanks to our airlines we arrived in Barcelona at 23:00 and they also lost our luggage. After dealing with formalities etc. we only arrived at the apartment at midnight. With the extraordinary help of the team (Special thanks to Shaina and the Toni Space Team), one of them met us there and opened the apartment. So the check-in was as smooth as at normal times. The apartment and all the facilities were perfectly clean, all the furniture were in very good condition, the kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine were as good as new. I should mention that I didn't feel the need to take photos of the apartment because the photos presented in the apartment description are 100% realistic. Apart from these, I should mention that the location of the apartment is excellent. It was only 7-8 minutes walk from the metro and there were many good quality restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around the apartment. It was very safe even late at night. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. We stayed only 5 nights but this apartment is also great for longer stays if you have a chance.
