The best

Beautiful spacious villa where we could enjoy family time but at the same time we had privacy when needed. Outdoor seating and also living room is so spacious... beach not even 5 min walking and not overcrowded. Ideal for people.who looking for privacy not loud place but relaxing area. Car needed because buses only few times a day. Unless you willing to walk to centre. We didn't mind but it's a long walk but very safe and good path. We had fantastic time here in Vila. We created nice memories and loved that there.. kitchen is fully equipped it's enough of plates, glasses they have absolutely everything.

To be improved

We loved that there but maybe little bit of small maintenance could be done....but it's only small bits but can't complain because price of accommodation.

The best

The location was very suitable for our group of 12 people. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious. The weather being very good, we mostly stayed on the terrace from where we had a delightful view. It is located in a very beautiful area, in Santa Pola Est. It is very close to the sea and it is a pleasure to walk on the seafront that goes all the way to the city of Santa Pola. Everything was clean, we had all the facilities. The host was very welcoming and responded immediately to our requests.

“Great family vacation on the Costa Blanca”

The best

The property was clean, very spacious and located in a nice surroundings within a reach of a beach promenade. You can see directly the island of Tabarca directly from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, home-like living room and bedrooms with three separate bathrooms provided a comfortable stay for our family. Children enjoyed the yard outside and also lot of toys they could play with in the house. Introduction to the house was great and friendly by the person who waited for us, even our flight to the destination was late. We were lucky to visit Santa Pola during their city fiesta, so along the attractions we also enjoyed much a night fireworks. You can enjoy the sea directly couple steps from the property (rocky), then the main city sand beaches are 15 minutes of walk, and also the great Carabassi beach is 7 minutes of drive.

To be improved

There are no real negatives at this property, it is well maintained. But the stairs between the floors are kind steep and you have to watch the headroom. The house has a dedicated parking, but requires a slightly higher suspension car to enter over the treshold from the road.
