The best

location was perfect, close to local transportation, restaurants, supermarket etc. Met by wonderful lady who was very very helpful. apartment was clean, comfortable. Price was the most we paid in Europe but Barcelona is expensive. Would stay there again.

The best

The flat's location is excellent. Easy access to the centre or the airport by public transport and the centre also by walking. The house itself is relatively quiet. You will hear people in the hall etc. but the nights were quiet and no street noise. Also a long street full of restaurants around the corner.

To be improved

The flat would need some refurbishment, some lights need fixing, the TV wasn't working, having kitchen towels would be good etc.

Good and quiet location, near some good restaurants and tapas bars. Short walking distance to the metro. Mini market on the other side of the street was very convenient. Washing machine available.

To be improved

Neighbours can be very noisy in the early morning, as it is an old residential building with heavy doors. We woke up most mornings with the noise from people closing their doors, climbing down the stairs and speaking loudly in common areas. At night it was quiet and no noise from the street, though. Flat only reachable by 3 flights of stairs, with the first flight being very steep. Not recommended if you have mobility difficulties.

Metro at the end of the street and the apartment is well located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby

To be improved

No issues for us but if you were a bigger person, the shower is quite small.
