The room was nice, big enough. We have also a little kitchen with refrigirator and microvawe. It's very clean. Accommodation is really in the center of Madrid. One step from Gran Via. It was very convenient. And safe. Me and my friend (two women) never felt threatened, we really felt safe in Madrid. All attractions are within walking distance, you don't need a public transfer. All around you can get a taxi.

To be improved

The reception is not working all day, hardly you can find someone there. The staff doesn't speak English at all. But there is reception on a floor higher, where you can find the stuff. Despite they don't speak English, they were friendly and we somehow managed to agree on everything.

The best

The beds were super comfortable and the location was great! We would definitely stay here again. Many reviews talked about the noise, and while the walls are very thin and you can hear people coming and going, it was not a bother.
