AvantiStays Clavel, la terraza te conquistará

Location- Calle Feria is very close to the centre and a great area for eating and drinking and just wandering around. The market is very close to the property and great for lunch with a selection of bars and cafes. Property was very modern, comfortable and well equipped. All communication was immediate and excellent.

Everything was great, flat is very well equipped, great location, and hosts are very kind and always checked in on us to make sure we have everything we possibly need. Muchas gracias! :)

Property was super in an area full of locals with lots of bars and restaurants. It had a wonderful terrace which we used for breakfast and also to chill out after sightseeing. We got to see another area of Seville with all its wonderful streets, beautiful buildings, markets, churches, old walls in Macarena and was only around 25minute to Cathedral.

Very comfortable, well equipped and clean accommodation in great position for exploring and with a huge choice of places to eat nearby. Great communication with owner.

We stayed 3 weeks and received a cleaning each week, which we have not gotten for extended stays in some places. While it took a little more walking to get to the main sites, it was worth it to stay in an authentic neighborhood, away from the herds of tourists. There were a ton of places to eat, have coffee, or to shop for groceries when you just want to eat in, within a 3-5 minute walk. The terrace was nice but under used as the weather was a little wet or chilly when we were there.
